The call recording capability of our cloud phone system is both low in cost and simple to use.

Call recordings are accessible via your web browser from our cloud service. You can either listen to them online or download them to your computer.

An IVR menu is essentially a menu system, just like those you'll find on a web page, but built to work with telephones. The options are read allowed to your customers and they make their choices by pressing numbers on their keypad.

Not everyone realises this, but VoIP is capable of dealing with much more than just simple phone calls. An great example of the flexibility of the protocol is the adaptation to send and receive fax using over SIP.

Whilst it is perfectly possibly to send a fax to a standard fax machine over a regular telephone line, the service we find most people are looking for is the ability to receive faxes and have them sent directly to an email inbox.

Our bundled minutes call plans include the inclusive minute allowances specified in each plan and call durations will be deducted in 20 second increments.
